SpaceX Succesful Parachute Experience

During the latest development test, the SpaceX #CrewDragon spacecraft's parachutes successfully deploy. This test validates SpaceX's parachute models and margins by simulating a pad abort scenario, where the vehicle tumbles at low altitude before the parachutes are deployed. As part of NASA's Commercial Crew Program, SpaceX has been working on the Crew Dragon parachute system. This system consists of two drogue parachutes and four main ring-sail parachutes, the same type that has proven successful in human spaceflight throughout history.#spacex #nasa
