15-Minute Negatives Total Body Workout | Halloween 2022

This is a 15-minute total body workout that is no impact and requires very little space (perfect for a studio or apartment-living situation). Today I am using a yoga mat and 10 lb dumbbells but you can grab whatever you'd like in the way of load knowing that we will be spending more time under tension in the eccentric phase, or lengthening phase of each repetition.
