Gyudon, a delectable Japanese dish, is a bowl filled with succulent slices of beef simmered in a flavorful sauce, served on a bed of steaming rice. Its rich and savory taste, combined with the tender texture of the beef, creates a mouthwatering experience. Gyudon is a beloved comfort food enjoyed by many.

Onsen egg (or hot spring egg) is soft-boiled egg with silky, custard-like texture. It is often enjoyed as a topping or accompaniment to gyudon, adding a creamy and indulgent touch.

Enjoy my take of this classic favorite!
