Silence of international bodies fuels terrorist acts: Iran

Tehran strongly condemns the Sunday terrorist attack in the southern city of Shiraz, saying terrorists are trying to retaliate for the heavy blows Iran dealt to them.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Naser Kan’ani said terrorists target innocent civilians out of anger over their humiliating defeats. Kan’ani also highlighted the role of late Iranian commander General Qassem Soleimani in the fight against Daesh terrorists. The spokesman said the general had a decisive role in the fight against terror and Israel in the region. Earlier, President Ebrahim Raeisi ordered an immediate probe into the deadly terrorist attack, which left at least one person dead and several wounded, some critically. The incident says a gunman open fire at an entrance of the Shah Cheragh Shrine on Sunday. The assailant was arrested at the site. Security forces have also detained four suspects over the shooting.
