Cant help in Hawaii if you are not FEMA

This is getting ridiculous. After Katrina, people don't trust the Red cross or FEMA. Let us donate. Its almost as if they don't want these people to survive and I pray I'm wrong.

I wonder if these organizations are requiring proof of vaccination in order to receive a bottle of water.
