⭐⭐ During this transformative journey, we will be working towards building upper body strength and unlocking new possibilities in your practice! Unlike a one-off challenge, this series is designed to be seamlessly integrated into your workout or yoga routine. Practice a few of these sessions weekly, biweekly, or monthly to progressively develop upper body strength. As you build a strong foundation, you'll find yourself better equipped for poses such as headstands, handstands, pincha, and a variety of arm balance poses like crow and figure 8. This series is intended to be your ongoing toolkit to continuously enhance your upper body prowess and nail those inversions and arm balances.
Today’s practice is centered entirely on the shoulders. We'll start with a series of invigorating stretches to open up this vital area, followed by a sequence of strengthening poses and exercises. Our thoughtful approach includes ample rest between strengthening exercises, ensuring a well-rounded experience.
