Foreigners visit a Modern Mall in India 🇮🇳 | Shoe Hunt at the Phoenix Palladium Mall Mumbai, India

Alright! When you travel for years, you can’t wait to “go home” to do your everyday things like haircuts, dentist visits, or buying new shoes. You have seen Forest get a haircut in Delhi and we found a dentist in Jakarta. In our video today, we go in search of new shoes for Granite at the Phoenix Mall. He is growing fast and wearing through his footwear. Now, this actually was harder than we thought it would be. His feet are too big for kid shoes but too small for men's sizes. The salespeople tried to sell him women’s shoes or just sent us to other shops. Then, we found one pair of shoes, but they cost almost $200 USD. Knowing how fast he outgrows shoes right now, we couldn’t justify paying that much. We went to at least four different stores before finding something that would work. It was more than we have ever paid for kid shoes, but I guess this is our next stage of parenting: the pre-teen years!

Parents of pre-teens give us a shout-out! We might need some help navigating the next few years.
