Influencing Using Results Thinking

On this edition of Leadership Academy for Kids we are going to discuss using results to influence others. Its the results that people are really after.

Once you find what people value (what they want), you can tie that to what you're doing. You can help them get what they want.

Join us on Mondays at 11 EST where you'll see me (Mike Cornwell) teach my children leadership principles, strategies and tactics. I try my best to break down the material so that at least a 6 and an 8 year get something out of it.

While this is a wholesome show, it is not "hokie children teaching" but rather an honest man's attempt to breakdown a concept as far reaching and complex as it gets.
