Simple and delicious! The Best Sourdough English Muffin Recipe from my home to yours.

Recipe for Sourdough English Muffins
1/2C Unfed Starter
2C Unbleached Flour
1C Water
Mix ingredients to form a wet dough. Cover and allow to sit overnight or for 12-24 hours.
Then add:
1T Raw Honey
1Tsp Salt
1TSP Baking Soda
Mix well by hand with a stiff spoon. Blend thoroughly. The dough will be wet and very stretchy. Divide into 12 dollops or balls of dough. In a preheated low heat skillet or griddle, dollop the dough and cook on low for 10 minutes. Turn once it has risen and is golden brown. Cook 10 more minutes. The goal is to only flip once and for them to fully cook on low. If they are not done in the middle, pop into the oven 300"f for 10 minutes to finish cooking.
