It's finally time to share the secret with you guys. This is my 2000 BMW E39 528i M-Sport in Japan-Rot. One of the coolest looking reds available in early 2000s, late 90s BMWs. Originally this car had an M52TU in it, but it has been swapped with an M54 motor from a 3 series. It's been a crazy fun project car and definitely is my newest and greatest obsession.

If you guys have watched the channel for a bit, I'm a big Volkswagen/Audi guy, and now I'm entering the world of BMWs. SO, of course, I'm taking you guys down the rabbit hole with me. I walked into this knowing little to nothing about BMWs, but now (talking from the Future), I think I've got it all figured out, so you'll learn with me!

In this first Episode of the series, we tear this thing apart and clean it. It was certainly a disaster detail because it had been sitting for a long long long time. But with it being totally cleaned, steamed, extracted, etc, it's time to move on to the engine! I hope you guys enjoy it!

For reference, the car is nearing 80% completion present day. I wanted to make sure the car was nearly done before I started sharing footage because what's worse than starting a series, something goes wrong, and then the series disappears? Anyways, see ya guys next time! Thanks for watching!
