Allah knows what is good for you

The belief that Allah (God) provides what is better for individuals is rooted in Islamic teachings. It's based on the understanding that Allah is all-knowing, all-wise, and always has the best interests of His creation in mind. This concept is often expressed through various verses in the Quran and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

In the Quran, it's mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 216: "But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you know not."
