There is no Satoshi Nakamoto. That is a pseudonym created by the group of Bitcoin core developers for some very good reasons:
1) Every developer of an Electronic Cash before Bitcoin was raided, arrested and often jailed. They were all aware of this.
2) It is illegal to create a competing currency to the US Dollar. They were all aware of this.
3) A strawman cannot have his life scrutinized by the media/government looking to discredit their invention. They were all aware of this.
4) It added a mystique to Bitcoin, of a character with supreme morality who walked away from over $29B, that lives on to this day.

Adam Back authored the white paper with the help and oversight of the Bitcoin team, people like Hal Finney, Craig Wright, etc. Together they mined the first million coins to get the Blockchain network up and running and to workout bugs. They would have likely agreed this was unfair and could be viewed as a pre-mine since there were no competing miners to collect those block rewards. They agreed those coins should never be used and they destroyed the private keys to them, they really only wanted 20 Million Bitcoin, not 21M. All communication that named a leader who could be targeted for creating Bitcoin was performed under the fictitious name "Satoshi Nakamoto". A person who represented all of us fed up with Fiat Currency and our corrupt Central Banking System.
