Cook With Me: Pork Carnitas | Large Family Meal Prep With Leftovers
Recipe for pork carnitas soup:
1large yellow onion
1 bell pepper
1 Jalapeño
2 stalks celery
Bunch of Green onions
5-10 cloves of garlic
2 potatoes peeled
1 can green chili’s
6 cups bone broth
Can pinto beans
Can great northern beans
1lb cooked pork carnita meat
1tsp cumin
Salt to taste
Pressure cook 15 minutes.
