"Worlds Angriest Man" Confusing 80's Mastercard Commercial (1986)

I have no idea who this actor is, I'm sure someone will say in the comments and i'll update this. But this guy seems like he lost a bet or had to do a "court ordered mastercard commercial." He seems real angry. Like Kevin Spacey angry. He does this commercial like he's an angry psychopathic dad yelling at his kid for not mowing the yard right and how he needs to learn some re-spon-si-bility.

-"In real life, I don't play roles, I do what works for me."
Um, ok.... so what does that mean again? What were you saying?

-"And I don't carry my Mastercard for show. I carry it because it gives me all the possibilities and leaves the choosing to me"
