"My Mom Says I'm Cool" 1986 Pontiac Sunbird Commercial (80's Car Ad)

This kid is the Milhouse of Pontiac commercials, and EVERYTHING's coming up Milhouse, if you know what I mean. Which you shouldn't. That was a test to see if you're crazy. If you read that and thought it made sense, you're crazy because it didn't make sense. So that makes me not crazy.

Anyway, so who is this commercial for? Is the Pontiac Sunbird's market middle aged women? Young Men? People who's mom thinks they're cool? I guess it's for the moms. And then the kid is like "whooa billy is that your mom? She's hawt brah." x

"We Build Excitement. Pontiaaaac"- They have the lamest, tamest way of talking about how exciting they are. This jingle should just freeze frame at the end of an alf episode or something. It's very 80's pop sitcomy. Which is a weird choice for "exciting car." This commercial is strange. I like it. And I'm defintely not crazy.
