A woman and her 14-year-old son have been charged with murder after she allegedly instructed him to shoot a man at a hot dog stand in Chicago. The incident occurred on June 18, and both the woman, Carlisha Hood, and her son were arrested on Wednesday. Surveillance footage shows them arriving at the hot dog stand, and the victim was shot while inside the restaurant. According to court documents, an argument broke out between the victim and Hood, and she texted her son, who entered the restaurant and shot the man after he allegedly punched Hood multiple times.
