Book Review: Martin van Buren and the American Political System

I'm going to put measurements in mL as being more accurate. Most US measuring cups have mL markings on them, so this will work
45 mL of Bailey's Irish Cream
50 mL of Malibu Rum
100 mL or coconut milk
Mix these together in a glass with ice
Pour over the top 25 mL of heavy cream. Sprinkle chocolate powder over the top (I used hot cocoa mix)
