Sydney's City2Surf annual running event held for first time since pandemic

Over 80,000 people participated in the 53rd annual City2Surf fun run in Sydney. The event took place on Sunday for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic. The runners, dresses as various characters, took off for the 14-kilometer route from Hyde Park to renowned Bondi Beach, with the finish line awaiting them on its sandy shores, where runners received medals for their sportive accomplishment.
