The FDA in 5th Circuit Court now says doctors were always authorized to use Ivermectin

The FDA lawyer says doctors were always authorized to use Ivermectin.
Really? I read about people suing hospitals, doctors being ostracized for using it, and loved ones dying while family fought in courts trying to get access to Ivermectin.
The FDA did tell people to stop using it, and pharmacists were reporting physicians who were prescribing it to their patients. This also happened to doctors in Canada.
This court hearing is important for many reasons, but most importantly, it has brought to light that the FDA has complete immunity. That's something I am sure the general public never knew.
