Healthy Rice Crispy Treats (Protein Bars)

Chocolate crunch Protein Fat Bomb recipe

1 cup fat (butter or coconut oil, flavorless lard)
1 cup honey
1 cup nut butter of choice
Melt together over low heat. Then pour mixture over
5 cups crispy rice
3/4 cup hulled hemp seeds
1.5T chia seeds
1/4- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

8oz vegan chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut oil or other fat
Melt together over low heat and pour on top of previous mixture.

1 Tablespoon bee pollen, hulled hemp seeds, sunflower seeds for topping.

Refrigerate then cut into desired sized bars. We like bite size. These last 6 months in the freezer.
