Reverse Hyperextensions 1xf;
Leg Extension 1xf;
Leg Press 1xf;
Leg Curl 1xf;
Seated Calf 2xf;
Tib raise 2xf;
So after experimenting with leg pressing on my reverse hyper, I went all in and did my first 3 exercises with the same machine.
I’m not anti-squat (I have squats uploaded to the channel), but this is just a fun alternative leg routine that makes it easier to hit failure on the pressing movement as opposed to squats.
You’ll notice leg extensions on the reverse hyper, leg curls on the cable machine - sometimes you gotta get creative in the home gym!
