Dr Shoba Iyla is an experienced geriatrician based in South Australia. Dr Iyla noticed a change in the pattern of patient presentations following the covid vaccination rollout, and has been speaking about her observations for more than 12 months in order to raise awareness.
Quite concerningly - "What I have noticed in the longer term, in the patients in my specialty, is an explosion in the cases of dementia." Dr Iyla.
