Ingredients:

• 800g of shrimp
• Salt
• Sweet paprika
• Black pepper
• 1/2 bell pepper
• 1 medium onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 2 tablespoons wheat flour
• 600 ml of milk
• Pinch of nutmeg
• 150 g of prato cheese
• 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
• 50 g parmesan

Method:

Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and paprika.

Chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic.

In the same pan, sauté the onion, bell pepper and garlic. Add the wheat flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add the milk and continue cooking until it thickens.

Season with salt and nutmeg, add the cheese and cream cheese, continue cooking, stirring constantly.
