Eating humans is a natural occurrence among many cultures and practices. in a 3rd world nation, human consumption is just fine. in a 1st world country, there are laws in place wouldn't you think?
What does the Bible say?
Before the flood, In summary:
Genesis 1:29-30 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. [30]And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

And then after the flood:
Genesis 9:3. Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

But we also must look for the rules involved with flesh eating of the animals for the clean and unclean. I don't see anywhere that talks about Humans can be eaten cept maybe the Baal sacrifices and what pagen worship services but it doesn't specify cept that we must not do what they do.
Also the king's meat in Daniel which he refused to not eat but you'll have to read more about that in Daniel as there isn't much to say about this topic cept to not do what they do nor worship the things they worship nor sacrifice Humans to Baal etc etc.

Hopefully YouTube doesn't take this down because as the Gov't creates more food shortages, they can and will allow human meat laws to be implemented and legal. Kinda reminds me of the many many Qurans 65:4 making child sex legal but that's a different topic which you can review my crappy videos that I have done.

Your opinion on human meat is your opinion, question is: Should it be done and what can we do to expose it and hopefully prevent it from being legalized?
