Hawaii attacked by a D.E.W (Direct Energy Weapon)

I put together this video in hopes you might see that Governments around the world have been and are currently using Direct Energy Weapons worldwide.
So this begs the question was the US Government just tested D.E.W on Hawaii or was this an attack from a foreign Government?
