Our 2023 Bi-Color Sweet Corn Being Processed for the Freezer.

It was hot in the foothills of North Carolina today. We have 'some' air-conditioning in the barn but with the large pots going, I needed a fan to keep a breeze going, lol. Sorry about the background noice. I was also tired and somewhat distracted due to an interesting evening last night. Anyway, blessed to have our Sweet Corn processed and in the freezer for us to enjoy until next Summer! I use it for so many dishes and knowing it is fresh from the garden makes the work worth the effort! ❤️
