What's China's real unemployment rate?

According to China’s National Bureau of Statistics, the national urban unemployment rate was 5.2% in April. However, based on the methodology developed by a group of Chinese finance professionals in 2017 and using the most recent data, China has over 200 million people unemployed, and the national unemployment rate is over 26%.
