The Oceangate Submersible Titan and it's 5 passenger, including the vessel's creator Stockton Rush, were lost while attempting to reach the wreck of the RMS Titanic, who ironically a century earlier also fell victim to the folly of people failing to to take safety seriously and as a result innocent people paid the ultimate price
