FaCoTx 2023 Budget & Historical Salary Comparison, EMS & Sheriff

At our Commissioners Court meeting on Thursday, there was some discussion about our EMS Director and Sheriff salaries. I decided I should research the historical salaries for those two positions. These are my opinions and they are based on my analysis of the budget numbers, not my feelings about the individuals holding those positions.
