A deputation made by John Morse on the 10th August 2023 at Winchester City Council Cabinet Committee Meeting on the Local Plan. Just look at the zombies on your Council who are going to pen you up in a 15 minute district, reduce you to cold, hunger and poverty, taking your freedom of movement away, along with your car and holiday travel, and making you pay for it all. Where is the fast asleep public whom these people are imposing all this upon? Time to WAKE UP.
