NZ govt outsources energy politics to private investment company Blackrock. What could go wrong?
Who decided that NZ targeting 100% renewable energy (by 2030) and 0 emissions (by 2050) is advantageous, necessary or plausible? What does that mean in practice? Does 0 emissions mean u simply pay extra for your "carbon footprint" in order to "offset" it?
