- On July 17th, 2023 the Winchester City Council met for its regularly scheduled July meeting. In what has become pretty routine for the Winchester City Council meetings, the Mayor and various Councilors, get their panties in a wad over "WORDS" and they then get up and walk out before allowing all citizens to be heard & properly finishing the meeting(s). During this meeting on July 17th, Joshua 'Civic Duty' Kimbrell followed the Councilors outside telling them he was going to be a pain in their asses... and other things! Because of that, Councilor Terry 'Bear' Alfrey called the Winchester City Police Department to request Officers to come to his house for a report!
