Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
1C AP Flour
1tsp Pumpkin Spice
1/2Tsp Cinnamon
1/2tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1/2 unsalted butter
1/2Cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cane sugar
1 egg yolk
1tsp vanilla extract
1/3cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2cuos old fashionrolled oats
Add all dry ingredients and mix. Add all wet ingredients and mix. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix. Using 1.5tablespoons make round cookie dough dollops. Bake at 350’f for 9-12 minutes.
