Today we are having a slow living day in my life as a holistic homemaker. I'm preparing pasta bolognse. A little garden tour, some food prep hacks and sun tea! I hope you feel inspired and enjoy this video.

Sun Tea Recipe:
1/4C Hibiscus flower
1/4C Yarrow
1/4C Lemon Balm
1/2 gallon fresh water
1/2C honey
Combine all ingredients and leave in a sunny location for the day. Stir, Strain, Enjoy!
