his video is going to be about Ripple grants and some of the issues that need to be addressed. The goal of this video is to be a constructive critique to drive community conversation and to produce some much-needed changes.

Some of the issues we will discuss today are
- lack of direct feedback
- lack of XRPL node funding
- projects taking the money and running
- Xumm blacklisting IP addresses as soon as any development requests are made using it.
- VC funding tied to ripple grant support
