I took some time off needed to rest. During this time I did go to my MPC and start what I thought was another 80s new wave track. As I was close to completion it occured to me that Lance enjoyed my synth music and asked if he would like to use this track on the D.O.D. sci fi concept album one of the ten tracks this track would make eight of ten.

Lance liked the track and was very enthusiastic in having a chance to producing the music. Similarly to my Supplication SOS Execution XX this track has four movments than the usual two or three in most songs. With 2 bass tracks a guitar track up to six synth tracks there was a fair amount of tracks involved.

Lance did an awesome job of arranging the track and adding FX, adding additional guitars and producing the track. The stereo field was once again pretty amazing. We both mastered the track in order to get the best clarity possible.

The lyrics are inspired by discussions I have been having with Lance regarding potential story's that we wanted in our album as we are approaching the finishing line. Many of those discussed elements were incorporated into this Vocals

Due to the early mix which in the second half of the track had louder guitars I felt I needed to use more aggressive lyrics and spoken worked and for the first time have used my gravel rock vocals in a D.O.D. track, Paul completed the track by adding his amazing drum track. We (D.).D) felt that the drums needed to be up in the mix which is my the track was mastered on my MPC Live 2 which specializes in hip hop etc and has manty tools on making drums stand out.

Transcendent = more than human
Apotheosis = Greek name for demi gods, gods
