Balsamic Goat Cheese Flatbread
Preheat oven to 350°. In a frying pan, drizzle olive oil and add 1/2 cup of onion and 1/4 cup of garlic. Sautée until softened, then add 3 tbs of balsamic vinegar. Continue to sautée for 5-7 more mins. On a baking sheet, place garlic or original flatbreads and spread herbed goat cheese. Place the sautéed onion and garlic and top it off with some fresh basil. Place your flatbreads in the oven and bake for 20 mins. Yuuum!
