After some time being away, I finally felt ready to make this vlog! It was hard, but I open up about my mental health taking a plunge and my desire to improve my feminine energy. For anyone who watches my videos, you know I talk a lot about self-development, eating right, and mental health. Improving all of these have helped me over come some major issues in my life as well as trauma even.
