Astonishing: Little Girl Denied Communion at Mass for Kneeling?

It appears this young woman was denied Holy Communion at Mass because she knelt down to receive Our Lord in a reverent way. This is contrary to Can. 843 §1:

Can. 843 §1. Sacred ministers cannot deny the sacraments to those who seek them at appropriate times, are properly disposed, and are not prohibited by law from receiving them.
