I decided to make some delicious coffee syrup to put over some vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
3 espressos
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of butter
vanilla ice cream
Graham crackers

Instructions:
Reduce 3 espresso shots, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and coffee beans by half on medium heat.

Next, strain out the beans, then add your butter to the liquid while warm off the heat.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days & microwave 5 to 10 seconds before using.
