We had a scary week when Hagen had an allergic reaction to avocados. She then had an unrelated stomach bug. When she was well enough to eat she introduced some dairy. Within 6 hours she had full body itchy hives. Benadryl was not helping. After a trip to the ER, and more antihistamine medications stopped the swelling hives rash. The next day she had a smoothie that had dairy and within hours was in all over hives again! We were prepared to treat her at home.

We know she has quite a few allergies from a Bio Labs 96 Igg Blood test she had 3 years ago. After a GAPS diet she was able to tolerate most all foods on her intolerance list. After her stomach bug it seems she cannot tolerate those foods again. Her avocado, dairy, and mammal products intolerance are now full blown allergies. We will get further allergy testing, but for now we are staying away from her current known allergies.
