Random Rants: Kathleen Kennedy Thinks Star Wars Is Ready To Move On Past George Lucas

Kathleen Kennedy is ready to take the "Lucas" out of Lucasfilm, believing that the new Rey film that has been announced is the prime opportunity to close the book and move on from George Lucas's vision of Star Wars and introduce "something fresh". The idea that Star Wars is only now moving on from George Lucas is laughable when it is obvious that Disney has moved on from George’s vision a long time ago.

Someone needs to be fired.
