Zucchini Pumpkin Muffins
15 oz pumpkin
2 Cups Shredded zucchini
1/2 cup butter or oil
3/4 cup lt brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups AP Flour
1 tablespoon Pumpkin Spice
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 cup mic ins like chocolates or nuts
Bake 350’f 25-30 minutes.
