This was the 2nd time I tried to break several small red brick pavers with an elbow strike. But this time, I decided to use more of my power and followed through, believing that my elbow, body could handle it, especially after testing my elbow, body previously in my 1st try, restrained attempt in breaking the hard red bricks with an elbow strike.
