There is No Safe Level of Fluoride in Water

When fluoride is found in drinking water, there is no safe level. Mass medication of a necessary fluid cannot be dose-controlled and does not consider all other levels of exposure which may occur.

This Tanzanian community have naturally occurring calcium fluoride in their water supply. In western nations such as NZ, toxic industrial waste is used to deliberately add fluoride to drinking water.
