I like diners. Those old fashioned places where the sassy waitresses call everybody "Hun." But if I were going to run, or even own a place it would be a café, more like a coffee house from the Beat era. Not exactly counter-culture, but certainly not aligned with conventional government or thinking. Ownership goes against my principles (at the moment) so a physical café is out, for now.
