Daugavpils - Latvia’s City in the Southeast

Not many tourists seem to make it to Daugavpils, Latvia. But it is a great opportunity to see everyday life outside of the Latvian capital. This majority Russian-speaking city has a nice fortress and even some artisan coffee shops to visit.
