An Amtrak train partially derailed late Wednesday morning after striking a Ventura County-owned truck in Moorpark, California.

The crash was reported at about 11:30 a.m. Video from the scene showed what appeared to be a destroyed vehicle alongside the tracks, as well as an Amtrak train with multiple cars that had come off the rails.
