Meal Prep for a Picnic Potluck *Summer Recipes* Lilac Lemonade and More!!
Let make some new summer recipes! Einkorn Pancakes, Lilac lemonade, hummus, veggie dip, and more! Sharing what we had for breakfast and lunch then meal prep for a picnic! Thanks for joining me today!

Lilac lemonade
4 bunches of lilac flowers
1.5 Cups fresh lemon juice or 1/2C bottled lemon juice
1 Cup Sugar
8 Cups of water

Rinse lilac flowers and place in a 1/2 gallon glass jar. Fill with water 8 cups water. Allow to sit for 2 hours to overnight. I did overnight. Strain water through a fine mesh strainer into another glass jar. Make a simple syrup with sugar and 1-2 cups boiling water. Add all the ingredients and top with ice. Enjoy!! In this video I doubled the recipe.
