Carlishia Hood suing police after her arrest and attacker was shot by son fatally In Chicago. This video is about Carlishia Hood, 35, year old and her 14-year-old son, who has not been named publicly by authorities, got into an altercation with Jeremy Brown, 32, on June 18 at the Maxwell Street Express restaurant located in the 11600 block of South Halsted Street in Chicago. Jeremy Brown was shot fatally by Carlishia Hood son after he attacked Carlishia Hood on video verbally and physically, punching Carlishia Hood three times. Carlishia Hood was initially arrested and charged, alongside her 14-year-old son, for the murder and shooting of a 32-year-old Jeremy Brown. Carlishia Hood intends to sue the city of Chicago Police for arresting her after she was attacked.
